When Topps Finest Basketball debuted in 1993, it was one of the most popular products to hit the card market. Topps had used a premium card stock, and introduced the "refractor" parallel for the first time ever. It's no surprise they had Michael Jordan as card #1 in the set in '93, as he was dominating the entire league. The Bulls would win their third consecutive NBA championship that year.
