Proudly based out of San Diego, CA, USA, Only Greats is happy to serve customers across the entire United States. Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days after purchase. During high-peak periods, it may take up to four business days to fulfill an order.

A tracking number is issued via email as soon as the package ships. If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to contact us for the latest update.

Return Policy

Need to Return Something? Start by contacting our customer support for a return authorization. Please keep the following in mind:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have got 30 days from the invoice date to return unopened and original condition merchandise.
  • Restocking Fee: There is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund for processing.
  • Opened Products: Sorry, we do not accept opened items.
  • Damaged Products: Upon receiving your order, if there is damage to any product(s), you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date to process a return claim.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the net credit due back to you, unless of course we made a mistake.

What Happens Next? We'll process your return as soon as we get your item(s) back, issuing a credit or replacement based on your situation.
